The Sensex is now down 13 points at 14,169.BHEL has rallied 2% to Rs 2,313. Reliance Communications and Dr.Reddy's have moved up 1.5% each to Rs 454 and Rs 823, respectively.Satyam has dropped 2.5% to Rs 476.
