The Sensex is now down 149 points at 13,942.SBI has plunged 6.3% to Rs 1,099. HDFC Bank has dropped 4.7% to Rs 1,022, and ICICI Bank has shed 3.7% to Rs 919.Maruti has slipped 4.8% to Rs 849, and HDFC has declined 3% to Rs 1,670.Tata Motors and Grasim are down around 3% each to Rs 841 and Rs 2,669, respectively. Bajaj Auto has declined nearly 2% to Rs 2,990.Hindalco has surged 3.5% to Rs 147. Reliance Energy has moved up 1.5% to Rs 547, and Bharti Airtel is up 1% at Rs 747.Out of 2,479 stocks traded so far, 1,744 have declined, 690 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
