The Sensex is now down 16 points at 13,956.Reliance Energy (REL) has advanced 2% to Rs 553. ICICI Bank and SBI are up around 1% each at Rs 886 and Rs 1,361, respectively.Satyam, Tata Steel and TCS are down nearly 1% each at Rs 462, Rs 487 and Rs 1,182, respectively.
