The Sensex is now down 174 points at 15,912.The NSE Nifty is down 35 points at 4,794.Tata Motors has slumped 5.5% to Rs 641, and Satyam has plunged 4% to Rs 397.Infosys, Reliance Communications and TCS have tumbled over 2% each to Rs 1,461, Rs 515 and Rs 860, respectively.Jaiprakash Associates, Reliance and Larsen & Toubro have also dropped over 2% each to Rs 221, Rs 2,251 and Rs 2,986, respectively.SBI and ICICI Bank have declined 1.7% each to Rs 1,686 and Rs 829, respectively.Reliance Energy and Ranbaxy are down 1.5% each at Rs 1,278 and Rs 441, respectively.Hindalco has surged 5.5% to Rs 171. ITC and Ambuja Cements have gained 1.6% each at Rs 198 and Rs 124, respectively.Cipla is up 1.3% at Rs 208.The market breadth is marginally negative - out of 2,598 stocks traded so far, 1,306 declined, 1,243 advanced and 49 are unchanged.
