The Sensex tumbled below the 14,000-mark, and touched a low of 13,968. The index is now down 221 points at 14,008.Cipla has slumped 14% to Rs 218. ICICI Bank has plunged 3% to Rs 935, and HDFC has shed 2.7% to Rs 1,689.Reliance, Tata Steel, Bharti Airtel, ONGC and Relaince Communications have dropped around 2% each to Rs 1,560, Rs 548, Rs 844, Rs 941 and Rs 464, respectively.Hidalco and SBI are down nearly 2% each to Rs 146 and Rs 1,125, respectively.Bajaj Auto has advanced 1.3% to Rs 2,524. Satyam has gained 1% at Rs 464.Out of 2,022 stocks traded so far, 1,325 have declined, 642 have advanced and 55 are unchanged.
