The Sensex has declined 23 points to 7,952.ONGC is still up Rs 9 at Rs 941. Reliance has moved up Rs 5 to Rs 769. HLL is down Rs 2 at Rs 163. SBI has dropped Rs 7 to Rs 877.Infosys is down Rs 3 at Rs 2,509. TCS, Satyam and Wipro are also trading with losses.Cipla is down over 4% (Rs 16) to Rs 358. Grasim is down over 3% (Rs 36) at Rs 1,117. Tata Motors is down Rs 15 at Rs 483. Hero Honda is still up Rs 17 at Rs 721. L&T has added Rs 12 to Rs 1,368. Ranbaxy is up Rs 8 at Rs 366.
