The Sensex is now down 23 points at 11,480.Grasim has slipped 1.2% to Rs 2,195.ONGC, SBI and ITC have declined 1% each to Rs 1,190, Rs 870 and Rs 180, respectively.Cipla and HDFC are the other significant losers.BHEL, Hindalco and Reliance Energy are the prominent gainers.
