The Sensex is now down 249 points at 15,508.The NSE Nifty is down 77 points at 4,684.Wipro has slumped 4.6% to Rs 414, and Larsen & Toubro has plunged 4.3% to Rs 2,602.Jaiprakash Associates has tumbled nearly 4% to Rs 223, and Grasim has dropped 3% to Rs 2,549.Hindustan Unilever has slipped 2.7% to Rs 246, and Tata Steel has shed 2.5% at Rs 663.ACC and NTPC have declined around 2% each to Rs 819 and Rs 187, respectively.BHEL has surged nearly 5% to Rs 1,714.Out of 2,465 stocks traded so far, 1,232 have advanced, 1,165 have declined and 68 are unchanged.
