The Sensex is now down 25 points at 16,871.Tata Steel has surged 1.5% to Rs 760.Satyam, ONGC and HDFC Bank have advanced 1% each to Rs 414, Rs 938 and Rs 1,359, respectively.Hindustan Unilever has slipped 1.6% to Rs 220. Ambuja Cements and NTPC are the other prominent losers.
