The Sensex is now down 262 points at 9695.Ranbaxy has tumbled nearly 8% to Rs 358. Hindalco has slumped 7% to Rs 150, and Larsen & Toubro has crashed over 6% to Rs 1,994.NTPC and SBI have dropped over 5% each to Rs 100 and Rs 796, respectively.Bharti Airtel has rebounded into the positive zone and has surged over 2% to Rs 353.Out of 2,411 stocks traded so far, 2,411 have declined, 132 have advanced and 19 are unchanged.
