The Sensex is now down 309 points at 10,369.Dr.Reddy's has plunged 6% to Rs 1,228. ONGC has dropped 5.5% to Rs 1,046. Reliance Communications has slipped nearly 5% to Rs 256.Tata Motors, Satyam and HLL have declined 4.5% each to Rs 706, Rs 689 and Rs 232, respectively.Reliance Energy, BHEL and Maruti are down over 4% each.Out of 2,386 stocks traded so far, 1,537 have declined, 761 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
