The Sensex is now down 313 points at 17,534.ICICI Bank has plunged 4.5% to Rs 1,039, and HDFC has shed 4% at Rs 2,488.ITC and ONGC have dropped around 2.8% each to Rs 182 and Rs 997, respectively.Wipro has slipped 2.5% to Rs 459. TCS, Reliance Communications, Hindalco and SBI have declined around 2% each to Rs 1,056, Rs 629, Rs 175 and Rs 1,872, respectively.Infosys, Grasim and HDFC Bank are down 1.5% each at Rs 1,970, Rs 3,590 and Rs 1,401, respectively.NTPC and BHEL have surged over 1.5% each to Rs 220 and Rs 2,110, respectively.Reliance Energy is up nearly 1% at Rs 1,463.Out of 2,699 stocks traded so far, 1,797 have declined, 837 have advanced and 65 are unchanged.
