The Sensex is now down 31 points at 14,187.Satyam has shed 5.5% to Rs 487. Wipro and Ranbaxy have tumbled nearly 3% each to Rs 622 and Rs 418, respectively.Cipla, Reliance Energy and Tata Steel have slipped around 2% each to Rs 253, Rs 518 and Rs 467, respectively.ONGC has dropped 1.7% to Rs 902. BHEL and Tata Motors have declined around 1.5% each to Rs 2,268 and Rs 940, respectively.NTPC, Bajaj Auto and Infosys are down over 1% each.ITC has gained 1.6% at Rs 175. Reliance has moved up 1.3% to Rs 1,385, and Gujarat Ambuja has spurted over 1% to Rs 147.Out of 2,604 stocks traded so far, 1,544 have declined, 1,011 have advanced and 49 are unchanged.
