The Sensex is now down 347 points at 17,426. Reliance Energy, Tata Steel and NTPC have plunged around 6% each to Rs 1,358, Rs 784 and Rs 202, respectively.ACC and Ranbaxy have slumped around 5.5% each to Rs 1,111 and Rs 410, respectively.SBI has tumbled over 5% to Rs 1,768. ONGC, Mahindra & Mahindra and Dr.Reddy's have slipped over 4% each to Rs 925, Rs 721 and Rs 627, respectively.Hindalco, Reliance and Grasim have shed around 3.5% each to Rs 163, Rs 2,396 and Rs 3,425, respectively.ICICI Bank has dropped 3% to Rs 1,006. Reliance Communications has slipped 2.5% to Rs 628.Satyam has advanced over 2% to Rs 454. TCS has gained 1% at Rs 1,083.Out of 2,754 stocks traded so far, 2,348 have declined, 373 have advanced and 33 are unchanged.
