The Sensex is now down 355 points at 17,720.The NSE Nifty is down 114 points at 5,166.BHEL and ICICI Bank have plunged 3.7% each to Rs 2,143 and Rs 1,173, respectively.Reliance Communications and Hindustan Unilever have dropped around 3.5% each to Rs 584 and Rs 213, respectively.NTPC, HDFC and Bharti Airtel have tumbled over 3% each to Rs 198, Rs 2,770 and Rs 861, respectively.HDFC Bank, Tata Motors and Larsen & Toubro have slipped nearly 3% each to Rs 1,523, Rs 718 and Rs 3,460, respectively.ITC, Cipla and ONGC have shed 2.3% each at Rs 201, Rs 184 and Rs 991, respectively.Satyam has gained 2.5% at Rs 432, and Infosys is up over 1% at Rs 1,576.
