The Sensex slipped to a low of 18,950, and is now down 36 points at 19,023.ICICI Bank has surged 4% to Rs 1,142. Reliance Energy has soared nearly 3% to Rs 1,899.NTPC and Reliance Communications are the other prominent gainers.Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, Maruti and Mahindra & Mahindra have slipped over 3% each to Rs 1,866, Rs 212, Rs 1,125 and Rs 809, respectively.Hindalco has dropped 2.5% to Rs 184. ONGC, Larsen & Toubro and Grasim have shed 2% each to Rs 1,167, Rs 3,348 and Rs 3,739, respectively.Bajaj Auto, ITC and Wipro have dropped around 1.5% each to Rs 2,538, Rs 184 and Rs 484, respectively.Tata Steel, Ranbaxy, BHEL, HDFC and Tata Motors are down over 1% each at Rs 900, Rs 425, Rs 2,385, Rs 2,525 and Rs 809, respectively.
