The Sensex is now down 398 points at 12,585.Tata Motors has tumbled over 5% to Rs 732. ICICI Bank has shed 4.8% to Rs 836.Wipro and ONGC have dropped over 4% each to Rs 557 and Rs 775, respectively.ACC, Infosys, Reliance Communications and HLL have declined around 3.5% each to Rs 723, Rs 2,031, Rs 402 and Rs 175, respectively.Maruti, Tata Steel, Satyam, HDFC, HDFC Bank, BHEL, Bharti Airtel and Hero Honda are the other major losers.Out of 2,160 stocks traded so far, 1,611 have declined, 507 have advanced and 42 are unchanged.
