Bearish trend in the market continues as selling remains in tech, heavyweights and other select old economy stocks. While the Sensex is currently off its mid-noon lows at 6,337 (down 41 pts), the Nifty is down 14 points at 1,957.Infosys has shed 1.41% (Rs 28) to Rs 1,960, and Satyam is down a per cent (Rs 4) at Rs 419. Wipro has lost 1.64% (Rs 11) to Rs 640.ONGC has shed 1.62% (Rs 14) to Rs 848. While ITC has slipped a per cent (Rs 9) to Rs 1,377, Reliance is down Rs 2 at Rs 544. HLL, however, has gained nearly 2% (Rs 2) to Rs 136.L&T has slumped 2.44% (Rs 24) to Rs 972. Bharti is trading lower by 1.34% (Rs 3) at Rs 206. HDFC (down Rs 5 to Rs 725), Tisco (down Rs 4 to Rs 359) and Tata Power (down Rs 3 to Rs 354) are also exhibit weak trends.Tata Motors has dropped 2.13% (Rs 9) to Rs 435. Maruti has lost 1.75% (Rs 8) to Rs 431, and Hero Honda is down Rs 2 at Rs 506. Bajaj, however, is still up with a steady gain of Rs 5 at Rs 1,080.ICICI Bank is down a per cent (Rs 3) at Rs 404.ACC has declined 1.15% (Rs 4) to Rs 372, and Gujarat Ambuja is down a per cent (Rs 4) at Rs 432. Grasim, however, is still marginally up at Rs 1,214.BHEL is up 1.13% (Rs 9) at Rs 822.
