The Sensex is now down 45 points at 10,650.NTPC and Dr.Reddy's have surged over 3.5% each to Rs 115 and Rs 1,331, respectively.HDFC has advanced 2.5% to Rs 1,157. SBI has moved up 2% to Rs 758.Larsen & Toubro has dropped over 3% to Rs 2,190. Reliance Communications and ITC have shed 2.5% each to Rs 247 and Rs 180, respectively.Out of 2,408 stocks traded so far, 1,363 have declined, 955 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
