The Sensex is now down 46 points at 13,294.Tata Motors has surged 1.7% to Rs 850. Reliance Communications and BHEL have moved up 1% each to Rs 452 and Rs 2,299, respectively.ICICI Bank and Maruti have slipped around 1.5% each to Rs 846 and Rs 910, respectively.Satyam, Bharti Airtel, ONGC and Infosys are down over 1% each to Rs 453, Rs 597, Rs 850 and Rs 2,151, respectively.Out of 1,966 stocks traded so far, 988 have advanced, 912 have declined and 66 are unchanged.
