The Sensex is now down 46 points at 14,037.Satyam has plunged 3.5% to Rs 480. Reliance Communications has slipped 1.5% to Rs 498. ONGC, NTPC and Cipla are down 1% each at Rs 852, Rs 153 and Rs 209, respectively.Tata Steel has gained 1.7% at Rs 589. HLL is up nearly 1% at Rs 190.Out of 1,833 stocks traded so far, 1,099 have declined, 675 have advanced and 59 are unchanged.
