The Sensex is now down 473 points at 18,541.Cipla has plunged 4% to Rs 194. HDFC Bank, Reliance Communicaitons and Tata Motors have slipped 3.7% each to Rs 1,517, Rs 676 and Rs 686, respectively.DFL has slumped 3.5% to Rs 970. Mahindra & Mahindra, NTPC and ICICI Bank have dropped around 3% each to Rs 706, Rs 232 and Rs 1,210, respectively.Grasim, ITC and Larsen & Toubro have declined 2.5% each to Rs 3,259, Rs 207 and Rs 3,838, respectively.Satyam, Maruti and Hindalco have slipped over 2% each to Rs 364, Rs 822 and Rs 181, respectively.ONGC, Wipro and ACC have declined 2% each to Rs 1,184, Rs 446 and Rs 847, respectively.TCS and Reliance are down 2% each at Rs 887 and Rs 2,744, respectively.Reliance Energy has rebounded into the positive zone and is now up 2.3% at Rs 2,172.The market breadth is extremely negative - out of 2,659 stocks traded so far, 2,339 have declined, 303 have advanced and 17 are unchanged.
