The Sensex is now down 646 points at 15,481.The NSE Nifty is down 213 points at 4,659.Reliance Energy and BHEL have tumbled over 7% each to Rs 1,233 and Rs 1,873, respectively.Larsen & Toubro and DLF have slumped 5.5% each to Rs 2,777 and Rs 674, respectively.Hindalco, Wipro and Bharti Airtel have plunged 5% each to Rs 182, Rs 370 and Rs 770, respectively.Reliance and Tata Steel have shed 4.6% each at Rs 2,266 and Rs 731, respectively.ACC, ONGC and HDFC Bank have dropped over 4% each to Rs 773, Rs 972 and Rs 1,313, respectively.ICICI Bank and SBI have slipped 3.7% each to Rs 848 and Rs 1,743, respectively.NTPC, Reliance Communications, Infosys and TCS have declined around 3.5% each to Rs 188, Rs 521, Rs 1,337 and Rs 797, respectively.The market breadth is extremely negative - out of 2,430 stocks traded so far, 2,059 have declined, 332 have advanced and 39 are unchanged.
