The Sensex is now down 71 at 14,141.Tata Steel has shed 7.6% (Rs 40) to Rs 480.Hindalco has plunged 2.6% to Rs 176. ACC has dropped 1.5% to Rs 1,029, and Cipla has slipped 1.3% to Rs 245.ITC, SBI and HLL are down around 1% each at Rs 170, Rs 1,143 and Rs 212, respectively.Reliance Energy has moved up 1.7% to Rs 515.The market breadth is marginally negative - out of 2,212 stocks traded so far, 1,136 have declined, 1,026 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
