The Sensex is now down 99 points at 13,468.ONGC has plunged 3% to Rs 891. HDFC has shed 2% to Rs 1,530.BHEL, Dr.Reddy's and Larsen & Toubro have dropped around 1.5% each to Rs 2,213, Rs 787 and Rs 1,411, respectively.Reliance Energy, Grasim, TCS and SBI are down over 1% each to Rs 509, Rs 2,794, Rs 1,242 and Rs 1,163, respectively.Hindalco has moved up 1% to Rs 167.Out of 2,494 stocks traded so far, 1,325 have declined, 1,118 have advanced and 51 are unchanged.
