Sensex down over 100pts; M&M, Tata Motors down 5%

The Sensex opened 10 points lower at 9319, and is now trading at 9203, 126 points lower than Friday's close.

The Nifty opened at 2857 points, the same level as Friday, and is now trading at 2823, 34  points lower.

Sterlite has gained 1.45% to Rs 252.60, Satyam is trading 1.4% higher at Rs 137, Ranbaxy has advanced 1.2% to Rs 219.50. Grasim, Hindalco, Reliance Infra and RCom  are the other gainers.

M&M has declined 5.1% to Rs 252, Tata Motors has lost 4.95% to Rs 148, while Maruti is down 3.4% to Rs 493. Tata Steel and DLF are down 2.9% each to Rs 205 and Rs 268.
