Sensex down over 200pts; ICICI Bank, Sterlite decline 3%

The Sensex is now down 210 points at 13,483.

Satyam has slumped 3.7% to Rs 322. ICICI Bank, Bharti Airtel and Sterlite have plunged over 3% each to Rs 581, Rs 785 and Rs 473, respectively.

Hindalco and NTPC have tumbled 2.7% each to Rs 106 and Rs 174, respectively.

Reliance Infrastructure, SBI and TCS have shed 2.5% each at Rs 866, Rs 1,480 and Rs 696, respectively.

BHEL and Wipro have dropped 2.3% each to Rs 1,624 and Rs 362, respectively.

DLF, Infosys and Rabbxy have slipped 2% each to Rs 392, Rs 1,493 and Rs 305, respectively.

Reliance is down 1.8% at Rs 2,010.

Out of 2,345 stocks traded so far, 1,534 have declined, 727 have advanced and the rest were unchanged.
