The Sensex has declined 64 points to 7,796.HLL is still down over 2% at Rs 168. ONGC is now down 1.8% (Rs 18) at Rs 986. Reliance has dropped nearly a per cent (Rs 9) to Rs 706. ITC has slipped Rs 12 to Rs 1,698, and SBI is down Rs 6 at Rs 810.Infosys is down Rs 26 at Rs 2,290. Tata Power is still up 1.7% (Rs 7) at Rs 432. TCS, HDFC Bank, ACC and Wipro are trading with gains.Declines are ahead of advances today - out of 2,624 scrips traded till now, 1,630 have declined, 943 have advanced and 51 are unchanged.
