The Sensex touched a low of 10,315, and is now down 93 points at 10,320.Cipla and Bharti Airtel have gained around 1.5% each at Rs 230 and Rs 371, respectively.HDFC has declined over 2% to Rs 1,080. ONGC and Tata Motors are down 1.3% each at Rs 1,099 and 766, respectively. ACC, Maruti, Bajaj Auto, Hero Honda, Reliance Energy, ICICI Bank and Wipro are the other major losers.
