The Sensex opened a tad lower at 14,219, down 10 points. Weakness in early trades despite strong numbers by Reliance saw the index drift deeper into red. Cipla, was another stock, which announced results after markets hours yesterday and the stock opened down 10% owing to lower than expected growth.Unabated selling in heavyweights, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, SBI and Tata Steel, saw the index slide to a low of 13,885 - down 344 points from its previous close.The Sensex finally settled with a significant loss of 320 points (down 2.2%) at 13,909.
