The NSE Nifty is up four points at 5,116.
SBI has slipped 1.5% to Rs 1,724. Wipro and Larsen & Toubro have declined over 1% each to Rs 461 and Rs 2,940, respectively.
ACC, ICICI Bank and Infosys are the other major losers.
Reliance Communications has rallied 2.4% to Rs 591. HDFC Bank and Bharti Airtel have gained 1.8% each at Rs 1,525 and Rs 941, respectively.
