The Sensex is now down 2 points at 13,089.ONGC is still up 3.5% (Rs 29) at Rs 868. While Reliance is still down Rs 6 at Rs 1,278, SBI is now up Rs 6 at Rs 1,130. Dr. Reddy's has gained 1.7% (Rs 13) to Rs 774.Infosys is still down Rs 17 at Rs 2,068. TCS and Wipro are also trading on a weak note.Declines have pulled ahead of advances - out of 2,175 scrips traded, 1,108 have declined and 1,003 have moved up.
