The Sensex almost flat at 12,349 - up one point.Larsen & Toubro has surged nearly 4% to Rs 2,735. ONGC has soared 3% to Rs 1,364. Hero Honda, Cipla, Hindalco and Dr.Reddy's have gained over 2% each.HLL and ICICI Bank have dropped 2.7% each to Rs 285. Tata Steel has shed 2.3% to Rs 640.TCS and Tata Power are down 1.4% each.Out of 2,580 stocks traded so far, 1,321 have advanced, 1,203 have declined and 56 are unchanged.
