The Sensex resumed on a flat note at 6,906. A fair bit of buying in select heavyweights and tech stocks saw the index move up to a high of 6,927, before profit-taking dragged it to a low of 6,903. The Sensex, however, has rolled back into the green with a small gain of three points at 6,910. The Nifty is down two points at 2,127.Reliance has clocked a per cent (Rs 6) to Rs 581 on positive reports of Ambani brothers settlement, while ITC has gained Rs 6 to Rs 1,571. ONGC, however, has lost a per cent (Rs 6) to Rs 830. HDFC Bank (up Rs 2 to Rs 593) is trading with steady gains. While ICICI Bank has dropped 1.75% (Rs 8) to Rs 425, SBI is down a rupee at Rs 688.Infosys is up with a steady gain of Rs 10 at Rs 2,268, while Satyam is up Rs 2 at Rs 484. TCS and Wipro are trading lower at Rs 1,270 and Rs 733, respectively.Bajaj has gained a per cent (Rs 10) to Rs 1,236. Other auto counters are largely weak.Bharti, after rallying sharply in the last few sessions, has tumbled 2.34% (Rs 6) to Rs 234.Ranbaxy has declined 1.36% (Rs 15) to Rs 1,055. Dr. Reddy's and Cipla are trading weak at Rs 732 and Rs 287, respectively.
