The Sensex scaled to a new all-time intra-day high of 10,220, and is now up 51 points at 10,219.Larsen & Toubro has rallied 2% to Rs 2,382. Cipla has surged 1.8% to Rs 553, and Ranbaxy is up 1.2% at Rs 455.Tata Steel and HLL have gained over 1% each at Rs 408 and Rs 240, respectively.HDFC, NTPC, Reliance Energy and ONGC are the other notable gainers among the Sensex stocks.Dr.Reddy's has slipped over 1% to Rs 1,373.The market breadth is neutral. Out of 1,822 stocks traded so far 910 have moved up, 849 have slipped and 63 are unchanged.
