The Sensex hit a new all-time high of 20,529 - way above its previous all-time high of 20,498 - in noon deals on heavy buying in banking scrips.The index is now up over 160 points at 20,462.HDFC has moved up over 4% to Rs 3,041.ICICI Bank has zoomed over 4% to Rs 1,282. SBI has added 2.6% at Rs 2,448.Tata Motors is up over 3% at Rs 789.Reliance Energy is still up over 3% at Rs 2,360.Reliance is up nearly 1% at Rs 2,867.ONGC, Ranbaxy and ITC are also trading with gains.Tech scrips continue to be weak.Market breadth has turned extremely bullish - out of 2,936 scrips traded till now, 2,043 have logged gains.
