The Sensex touched a high of 16,414, has pared gains and is now up 160 points at 16,314.The NSE Nifty is up 36 points at 4,916.Infosys has surged over 4% to Rs 1,574. Satyam has soared 3.7% to Rs 469. Wipro has rallied 2.7% to Rs 436, and TCS has added 1.5% to Rs 989.Reliance Energy has gained 3.5% at Rs 1,347. Tata Steel has moved up nearly 2% to Rs 706.Ranbaxy, Reliance and DLF have advanced 1.7% each to Rs 490, Rs 2,653 and Rs 627, respectively.Hindalco and Larsen & Toubro have spurted around 1.5% each to Rs 176 and Rs 2,843, respectively. Jaiprakash Associates is up 1% at Rs 221.Ambuja Cements has shed 1.6% at Rs 115. BHEL and ONGC have slipped 1% each to Rs 1,817 and Rs 1,015, respectively.
