The Sensex has pared gains and is now up 162 points at 12,577. The index had touched a high of 12,721 in early trades.ICICI Bank, Dr.Reddy's and Marurti have rallied around 3.5% each to Rs 849, Rs 640 and Rs 805, respectively.Wipro, Infosys and Satyam have surged around 3% each to Rs 554, Rs 2,065 and Rs 425, respectively.BHEL and Reliance Communications have moved up 2.7% each to Rs 2,065 and Rs 409, respectively.Tata Motors, Reliance Energy, ONGC and Reliance have advanced over 2% each to Rs 754, Rs 481, Rs 791 and Rs 1,287, respectively.SBI has gained nearly 2% at Rs 980. TCS and Cipla are up 1.5% each at Rs 1,180 and Rs 221, respectively.Hindalco has plunged 4% to Rs 129. Hero Honda has tumbled 2% to Rs 671, and NTPC has shed 1.5% to Rs 135.Out of 2,259 stocks traded so far, 1,123 have advanced, 1,064 have declined and 72 are unchanged.
