Sensex rebounds, up 12pts; breadth +ve

 Satyam has slipped 3% to Rs 469. HDFC Bank and Reliance Energy have dropped over 1% each to Rs 1,052 and Rs 509, respectively.

ITC and Gujarat Ambuja are the other prominent losers.

The market breadth is positive - out of 2,380 stocks traded so far, 1,417 have moved up, 913 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
