The Sensex has rebounded into the positive zone and is now up 78 points at 10,081.
Reliance Communications has zoomed nearly 9% to Rs 184.
Tata Steel has soared nearly 8% to Rs 221, and Tata Motors has surged over 7% to Rs 185.
Hindalco has rallied 5.5% to Rs 55. DLF and Jaiprkash Associates have moved up nearly 5% each to Rs 185 and Rs 90, respectively.
Ranbaxy and TCS have gained around 4.5% each at Rs 165 and Rs 581, respectively.
Larsen & Toubro, ICICI Bank and ACC have advanced nearly 3% each to Rs 681, Rs 385 and Rs 575, respectively.
HDFC has slumped 3.7% to Rs 1,592. Infosys has plunged over 2% to Rs 1,351. BHEL is down over 1% at Rs 1,553.
The market breadth is fairly positive - out of 2,604 stocks traded so far, 1,525 have advanced, 993 have declined and 86 are unchanged.
