The Sensex has recovered smartly from the day's low of 15,298, and is now down 87 points at 15,557.The NSE Nifty is down 12 points at 4,723.BHEL has slumped 6.7% to Rs 1,920. Mahindra & Mahindra has tumbled over 6% to Rs 652.Larsen & Toubro has plunged over 5% to Rs 2,870. Tata Steel has dropped 3.7% to Rs 667.Wipro and HDFC have slipped around 3% each to Rs 412 and Rs 2,316, respectively.DLF, Bharti Airtel and ICICI Bank have slipped around 2.5% each to Rs 630, Rs 806 and Rs 751, respectively.TCS, Hindustan Unilever and ONGC have surged around 2.5% each to Rs 832, Rs 234 and Rs 1,006, respectively.Hindalco has advanced 1.4% to Rs 167, and ITC has added 1% to Rs 209.Out of 2,495 stocks traded so far, 1,316 have declined, 1,114 have advanced and 65 are unchanged.
