The Sensex has recovered partially and is now down 570 points at 15,972.The NSE Nifty is down 149 points at 4,772.Reliance Energy has tumbled 12.7% to Rs 1,274, and Bajaj Auto has slumped 12% to Rs 1,873.ICICI Bank has plunged over 7% to Rs 892. Larsen & Toubro and Hindalco have dropped 6% each to Rs 2,998 and Rs 195, respectively.NTPC has shed 5.5% at Rs 184. HDFC, Tata Motors and Ranbaxy have slipped around 5% each to Rs 2,614, Rs 667 and Rs 432, respectively.Out of 2,689 stocks traded so far, 2,437 have declined, 225 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
