The Sensex is now down 182 points at 17,665.HDFC has plunged nearly 4% to Rs 2,496. ICICI Bank has dropped 3.4% to Rs 1,051.Wipro has slipped 2% to Rs 461. TCS and ONGC have shed 1.8% each at Rs 1,060 and Rs 1,006, respectively.ITC and Infosys have declined 1.6% each to Rs 184 and Rs 1,969, respectively. Grasim, Reliance Communications and Hindalco are the other major losers.NTPC and BHEL have surged 2.5% each to Rs 222 and Rs 2,124, respectively.Reliance Energy has advanced nearly 2% to Rs 1,478. Ranbaxy and Reliance are up around 1% each at Rs 443 and Rs 2,415, respectively.Out of 2,650 stocks traded so far, 1,581 have declined, 996 have advanced and 73 are unchanged.
