Fresh selling pressure in heavyweights, auto and other select old economy counters has pushed the index into the red in late noon trades. The Sensex has lost 10 points to 6,660. The Nifty, too, has edged lower to 2,088 - down two points.HLL continues to trade with steep losses, and has slumped 4.70% (Rs 7) to Rs 145. ITC has inched lower by Rs 5 to Rs 1,309.Bharti has inched lower by 1.77% (Rs 4) to Rs 216, and ONGC is trading weaker by Rs 4 at Rs 816. Maruti (down Rs 10 or 1.98% to Rs 481), Bajaj (down Rs 12 to Rs 1,055) and Tata Motors (down Rs 7 or 1.36% to Rs 500) are still exhibiting weak trends. Hero Honda is down a rupee at Rs 554.Reliance is up a rupee at Rs 539. Infosys is up a per cent (Rs 13) at Rs 2,197.SBI is holding on to its gains at Rs 671 - up Rs 10 or 1.47%. HDFC Bank has gained 1.18% (Rs 7) to Rs 568. ICICI Bank is subdued at Rs 381 - down Rs 2.Hindalco is trading firm with a gain of 2.26% (Rs 31) at Rs 1,401, and Tisco has gained 2% to Rs 410. BHEL at Rs 862 (up Rs 11 or 1.28%) has erased most of its gains due to profit-taking.
