The Sensex is now up 654 points at 19,689.HDFC Bank has zoomed 9.5% to Rs 1,728. HDFC has soared 7% to Rs 2,766.ONGC has surged 5.4% to Rs 1,247. Bharti Airtel and ICICI Bank have rallied nearly 4.5% each to Rs 870 and Rs 1,227, respectively.Infosys has gained 4% at Rs 1,693. Reliance has moved up 3.7% to Rs 2,795.BHEL and Tata Steel have advanced 3.5% each to Rs 2,874 and Rs 861, respectively.Tata Motors and Wipro are up 3% each at Rs 714 and Rs 455, respectively.Out of 2,740 stocks traded so far, 2,023 have advanced, 650 have declined and 67 are unchanged.
