The Sensex has touched a high of 9657 and is now up 106 points at 9,656.ICICI Bank leads the upmove with gains of 3.4% at Rs 591.Larsen & Toubro at Rs 1,995, Cipla at Rs 443 and Tata Motors at Rs 681 are up 2.7% each.BHEL has gained 2.5% at Rs 1,680.Dr.Reddy's and HLL have spurted over 2% each to Rs 1,067 and Rs 192, respectively.Reliance Energy, ACC, ONGC, Hero Honda, Infosys, HDFC, Ranbaxy and Bajaj Auto have also posted smart gains.Out of 2,287 stocks traded so far 1,271 have advanced, 957 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
