The Sensex is now up 260 points at 13,644.ACC and Wipro have soared around 3.5% each to Rs 775 and Rs 587, respectively. ITC and Grasim have rallied 3% each to Rs 158 and Rs 2,356, respectively.Reliance Communications, ONGC and Tata Steel have surged nearly 3% each to Rs 433, Rs 897 and Rs 525, respectively.Gujarat Ambuja has moved up 2.7% to Rs 111. Reliance and HLL are up 2.4% each to Rs 1,444 and Rs 212, respectively.Out of 2,502 stocks traded so far, 1,772 have advanced, 669 have declined and 61 are unchanged.
