The Sensex opened 81 points higher at 14,563 but has declined from those levels. It is now trading at 14,482 points, 41 points lower. The Nifty is trading 7 points lower at 4331.
Jaiprakash Associates has gained 1.85% to Rs 159.75, Tata Steel is up 1% to Rs 577.55, ONGC has advanced 0.94% to Rs 1,025. ACC and HDFC Bank are trading 0.7% and 0.6% higher. Infosys is up 0.1%.
Bharti is down 1.2% to Rs 800, Grasim, SBI and DLF have declined 0.75% each.
