The Sensex had slipped into the negative zone for brief while but has now bounced back into the green.The index is now up 107 points at 10,178.Maruti has rallied 4.5% to Rs 712. HDFC has added 3.3% to Rs 1,150.ONGC and Tata Motors have surged over 2% each to Rs 1,102 and Rs 757, respectively.Reliance Energy has dropped 3.5% to Rs 452, and Tata Power is down 2.3% at Rs 473.Cipla and Dr.Reddy's have slipped 2.7% each to Rs 213 and Rs 1,289, respectively.The market breadth continues to remain extremely negative - out of 2,260 stocks traded, 1,996 have declined, 234 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
