The Sensex is now up 119 points at 17,269. It posted a steady opening.Tata Steel is has rallied 3.70% to Rs 824. REL too is up 3.53% at 1,157.Cipla, SBI, ACC, Satyam, Hindalco, Ranbaxy, BHEL, are all up between 1-2%.The NSE Nifty is up 31 points at 5,031.
